Our client, based West Midlands, is a long established & leading global manufacturer of non-food Consumer products. Their brand is well known and highly sought after.
As part of their ongoing expansion, they are now seeking an Ecommerce Executive to work closely with their Head of Ecommerce on the Amazon Account.
Applications are invited from talented & ambitious Ecommerce professionals, ideally from the FMCG sector & with Amazon experience, who have a passion for ecommerce & web-sales. Consideration will also be given to graduates with a couple of years post grad experience, looking to develop their career within the ecommerce space.
Either way, you should have excellent communication skills, be dynamic & ambitious by nature with a strong work ethic and exceptionally high levels of self-motivation.
The role will be predominantly based at the companies prestigious & luxurious head office in the West Midlands, so you should live within comfortable commuting distance of that region.

We are seeking a Magento 2 Developer to define & execute both front-end production and back-end website updates including ongoing maintenance, new development initiatives, and quality control. This role is an e-commerce technical liaison between outside development agencies, hosting providers and internal teams.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Design and develop new features, customization for Magento 2
Perform both front-end and back-end code updates
Coordinate updates with various website development agencies
Responsible for managing version control system
Assist with web development strategies and execute the plans
Monitor site performance and troubleshoot site issues
Manage various web related projects including development and launch of future phases
Develop & maintain technical documentation related to website development projects
Oversee the management of servers with Hosting Providers, manage and optimize server structure and coordinate the setup of new server instances as needed
Collaborate to maintain IT infrastructure and support end users whenever appropriate.

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
Working knowledge of Magento (Enterprise-level) including coding, optimization, design, and integration with 3rd party apps and tools
Broad knowledge of web technologies, Magento e-commerce, database driven websites, expertise in database concepts (MySQL)
In-depth understanding of server configuration, optimization, caching, and scaling techniques
Working knowledge of PHP, MySQL, CSS, HTML5 / Javascript
Expertise in multiple browser development, web usability and interface design
Familiar with API web service (REST, SOAP)
Expertise in e-commerce report generation and reporting tools (Klipfolio, SAP Crystal Reports)
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task to meet objectives

Our client, based near Bromsgrove, a very successful services business, is seeking a Training Co-ordinator as part of their ongoing expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all training provided to clients is completed on time, to the correct standard, including venue/training arrangements and pre & post course administration
Key duties will include:
Agree date, venue and course type
Assign appropriate trainer to course
Prepare course materials and trainer pack
Liaise with client regarding venue, facilities and requirements
Confirmation of course arrangements with venue and trainer
Register course with accreditation body if required
Update course materials and presentationsCollation and storage of client and delegate feedback forms and advise Account Manager of any non-conformances/negative comments
Compile, generate and issue certificates to client
Check trainer/venue invoices and pass to Finance Team for payment
Send any exam papers to accreditation body if required
Maintain accurate records and update the various systems appropriately, in particular CRM
Experience/skills required:
Similar experience gained within another Training role would be preferred but is not absolutely essential
Excellent communication skills both written and oral

Duties will include:
Working closely with the Sales Managers and Market Segment Manager to scope and prioritise integrated marketing activity that generates and nurtures qualified leads, and strengthens relationships with existing customers.
Planning, developing, and implementing effective lead generation and promotional campaigns that utilise the full marketing mix.

Experience required:
Minimum 2 years experience within a B2B technology marketing role
Degree educated or hold a relevant Professional Qualification
Demonstrable understanding of Software/Tech services industry
Extensive customer marketing experience
Evidence of campaign planning, design, and execution with tangible results
Evidence of creating or working on multichannel campaigns
Previous people management experience and a refined ability to develop individuals
Strong written and verbal communication skills and proven ability to translate complex technical information in to plain English
