Our client, a leading global supplier of branded non-food FMCG products is seeking a Graphic Designer to develop & deliver designs that promote & reflect their brand image across a range of mediums to attract & retain both new & existing customers.
Key duties will include:
Develop & deliver a wide range of designs, including; advertisements, brochures, catalogues, packaging, photography, POS, image retouching and other design requests.
Produce Photoshop renders/visuals to Company standards.
Create accurate finished print-ready artwork, to the correct specification, making appropriate checks and following the artwork checking procedure.
Produce product mock-ups to established Company standards.
Follow all company house-keeping procedures and standards.
To apply:
You should have 3+ years experience predominately as a graphic designer, happy to develop further as part of a strong team in an in-house environment.
As packaging is a large part of the design departments responsibility, experience in this would be highly desirable.
A flexible hands-on approach and a willingness to get involved within a fast-paced environment.
A high level of interpersonal skills that allow for effective working relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Experience designing packaging, advertisements and marketing materials. Your portfolio should demonstrate this.
Ability to produce innovative and appealing concepts for new and existing projects
Capability in managing projects from concept through to delivery, within deadline
Strong interpersonal skills. You will need to communicate your ideas effectively whilst also receiving and offering feedback to other team members in a constructive manner
Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure with a keen eye for detail
Proven ability to create print-ready artwork and conduct appropriate quality-checks.
You will be fully flexible in your approach to the role and must have the ability to complete multiple tasks while working to challenging deadlines
Experience of the retail sector would be a distinct advantage but is not essential
On offer is a basic salary in the region of 32,000 plus benefits.
