Graphic Designer
Our client, a highly innovative Birmingham based creative agency, is seeking a Graphic Multimedia Designer to further strengthen their team, working with a range of public & private sector clients on a variety of creative projects including branding, campaigns, tenders, app development, web design, brochures and general marketing.
Working with a multi-disciplined team, your main responsibility will be to create inspiring
designs to be implemented across any medium, with a focus on creating intuitive, engaging and dynamic DPS apps.

Main Responsibilities and Job Expectations:
Minimum 12 months agency experience.
Cooperate with internal team to define creative, smart and visually appealing
materials
Create design for branding, marketing materials, brochures, presentations, tenders,
campaigns, web, mobile, and multimedia
Experience of both B2B and B2C design is preferred
Ability to manage and complete multiple projects under tight deadlines with accuracy
Proficient in InDesign, Adobe DPS, Photoshop, Illustrator, HTML 3 & 5
Ability to design for iPad apps, email, multimedia, video and flash
Knowledge of print production process
Someone who remains calm under pressure
Willingness to work overtime as needed

Our client, a successful, expanding retail group with outlets across the country, is looking to recruit two Customer Sales Co-ordinators, based from their Birmingham showroom, and working within their newly formed central leads department.
Reporting to the Customer Sales Supervisor specific duties will include:
Respond to all central leads within 30 minutes and no more than the companys minimum standard of 1 business hour.
Use email, text, chat and telephone in order to qualify customers and secure appointments for the groups dealerships.
Capture all customer information on the companys CRM.
Actively prospect and follow up every sales opportunity
Ensure a first class Sales Experience is delivered to every customer and constantly improve working methods & standards
Maintain good relationships with customers by meeting and exceeding their expectations in order to meet the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Meet set KPI targets including appointments, response times etc.
Develop & maintain comprehensive product knowledge in respect of prices, current promotions, Consumer offers, funding etc.
Work alongside the Marketing & Sales Department
Handle all administrative requirements of the position (e.g. paperwork, plans, reports and the maintenance of an accurate customer database)
Operate a rota to cover required opening hours, including Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.
Ensure a high level of literacy & accuracy is maintained in all communications.
A can do attitude, strong organisational skills and high quality of work is essential. The successful applicant must be comfortable in a demanding commercial environment, have previous call centre/sales experience and be able to demonstrate the ability to use initiative and strong thought process in tasks given.
In return our client offer a basic salary of 18,000, realistic OTE of 25,000 plus benefits and career prospects.

You will be responsible for all forecasting activities for both customers and product ranges. Creating and maintaining forecasts for customers, BI and forecast information gathered from sales, marketing, retailer demand planning teams etc. You will also be data analysing and reviewing sales data.
Duties will include:
