B2C Digital Marketing Executive - West Midlands - 25k + 33k - Medical/Pharma
A professional private clinic is seeking a Digital marketing Executive to join their team at their head office.
The key route to market is the direct supply of surgery to the public on a private B2C basis, therefore an understanding of marketing a professional and bespoke product / service directly to the public would be a great advantage.
This is a hands on role, reporting to the Business Director, you will be responsible for Generating leads for the practice, through social media outlets, campaigns and exhibitions.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Marketing Executive who wants a varied career with autonomy and excellent prospects within the medical / healthcare sector
Key Accountabilities:
  Budget, manage, and report on SEO, PPC, Exhibitions and Outsourced resources to optimise spend and return.
  Use digital marketing and social media (Facebook Ads, Google AdWords and Google Analytics) to explore the bigger picture.
  Familiar with the workings of Wordpress and be responsible for keeping the sites up to date.
  You will be competent and confident with video editing, picture editing and creating brand appropriate posts to promote and enhance the social presence.
  Demonstrate a creative flair when writing blogs, organising promotional events and generally creating hype around the brand.
  Understand the marketing technology landscape.
  Use your knowledge of mobile devices to maximise the return through this channel.
  Plan and manage the online marketing budget.
  Understand how website activity impacts at a financial and commercial level.
  Understand the importance of competition knowledge and how this can be used to improve the business.
  A good communicator, comfortable looking at data and presenting it clearly in meetings.
  Be the brand ambassador, through all forms of marketing presence.
Qualifications, Applied Knowledge and Skills:
  A degree in a relevant subject or good level of professional experience.
  Good understanding of Wordpress
  A track record of how to generate customers from Facebook & Google Adwords.
  Video Editing software experience along with InDesign and Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop and Illustrator is essential
  Experience in creating, managing, proof reading, delivering and monitoring of digital communications
  Experience in using social media and blogs to reach and engage with online audiences.
  Experience in online analytics and the presentation of results
  SEO and PPC - allocate and manage associated budget
A basic salary of 25k - 33k + a yearly bonus is available subject to candidates experience and background

A product leading in-house manufacturer and distributor, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join their head office team. Their key route to market is direct B2B sales.
This is a standalone executive role with global travel, responsible for overseeing all outsourced marketing functions, (design, Printing, photography, visual media) and manage all aspects of (trade shows, exhibitions, marcomms, and marketplace research).
You will essentially be the glue that holds all of the outsourced marketing functions and operations together, and will therefore be an experienced Marketing Executive seeking a responsible and varied career with excellent prospects.
Key Accountabilities:
  Overseeing outsourced design agency - providing them with the brief, time scale and allocated budget, proofreading all designs and copy, signing off samples and proof copies
  Overseeing the outsourced website provider - Discussing new requirements with them, including current and new SEO
  Making necessary changes to the website through back office access - Adding links, videos, new product launch details, information on trade shows data sheets, newsletters and any associated information.
  Rolling out marketing campaigns and measuring their effectiveness
  Reviewing and reporting on competitor analysis
  Managing the online digital image library
  Creating and distributing a monthly in-house newsletter
  Managing the companys global show diary - sourcing of relevant trade shows, management of yearly budget, booking of chosen events, planning all pre-show preparation and marketing, attending some of the shows directly, collating data, post-show marketing and analysis
  Creating sales packs for new product launches and general sales packs for core product range
  Overseeing brand identity throughout all marketing campaigns and outsourced avenues
  Conducting global travel to attend shows, and visit the marketing teams based overseas
Qualifications, Applied Knowledge and Skills:
  Associated marketing course (Degree / CIM)
  2 years relevant experience within a B2B environment
  Ability to manage, proof read, and sign off work from outsourced agencies
  Good project management skills
  Good understanding of the Adobe Creative Suite would be ideal
  Proficient knowledge and use of Sales force or associated CRM
  Have excellent knowledge of all Microsoft Packages
  Possess a strong eye for detail
  A creative thinker on new ways to market products and business activities
  Possess excellent communications skills and great team spirit
  Ability to carry out fairly frequent overseas travel
A basic salary of 22,000 - 26,000 is available subject to candidates experience and background

Our client, a long established & successful Birmingham based software house, specializing in cutting edge SaaS based solutions, is seeking a Product Manager due to their continued global expansion.
You will become a key member of the research & development team working on the companys flagship software product. You will be utilising the methodologies and working in an agile environment. You will need to be self-motivated, willing to work hard and be able to fit in well with a small team. You will be involved in the majority of the application development life cycle from documenting requirements, assisting in the production of the system designs, software testing, and on-going technical support.
Specific duties:
Understanding, gathering, communicating and documenting customer & business requirements & drivers using industry standard and company methodologies & policies;
Collaborating with the Application Development, Testing and Management teams to help build technical documents and prototype solutions for the flagship product;
Problem solving requirement to design variances and bugs in the application;
Collaborating with the development team, testers, project leads, support desk and clients, to ensure business requirements and drivers are fully understood by all parties and ensure the solutions put in place are to a high standard and fit for purpose - fully meeting the business need;
Supporting new development processes and procedures;
Supporting resource for Sales-led demos (both remote and on-site, as required) as an application subject matter expert. Technical resource to Sales for RFP completion;
Support Product Marketing thought leadership initiatives, and social media initiatives;
Key contact for helpdesk and product testing questions / issues relating to the Platform functionality and Mobile solutions;
Become the voice of the customer by regularly meeting with and understanding how customers use the product and actively discuss how the company can continually improve the software.
Skills required:
A computer science or related degree with a high level of computer science content or equivalent qualification/industry experience;
5+ years experience in the technology industry, ideally in an agile product management environment;
This position requires a person with exceptional organisational and analytical skills, and attention to detail;
Passion for creating great applications and solving customer problems;
Keenness to learn new skills and technologies;
Must have excellent interpersonal and communications skills. The ability to write clear, concise and unambiguous documentation;
Must have the ability to work both independently as well as within a team environment.
Desirable would be experience of Atlassian products: JIRA and Confluence
On offer is a basic salary between 40-45,000 + benefits
