Expansion of the Marketing Department has created the need to recruit a Marketing Data Analyst for my client - one of the UK's largest Builders Merchants.
The objective of the Marketing Data Analyst is to strengthen the marketing department by providing a strong analytical input to the marketing strategy & direction. You will conduct market research, both through existing customers & in the wider marketplace to generate market intelligence data. This data will then be analysed & interpreted to enable you to present recommendations for the business strategy & direction. The role reports to the Marketing Manager and could involve travel to company offices throughout the UK.
The ideal candidate will have strong marketing data analysis skills & experience, coupled of course with excellent software skills such as excel, access and knowledge of ProDiver would be advantageous. You should be confident in presenting your findings and recommendations. Industry experience is far less important than your skills, the company are happy to consider individuals with a pure marketing analysis background, or someone from a wider marketing background wishing to focus into these sectors & develop their career with a major UK employer. Consideration would also be given to Marketing Graduates with less experience who can demonstrate good data analysis skills.

Our client is seeking a Marketing Manager, based at their Worcestershire site, with responsibility for the development & execution of their product/brand strategy for the trade channel, incorporating artisanal, foodservice and industrial customers.
Reporting to the UK Marketing Manager the fundamentals of the role will include:
Generating product brand concepts for the channel, based on customer & consumer insights.Monitoring & managing the execution of all channel marketing programs.Advocating the channel at product launch meetings and developing the product launch plans.Commissioning channel marketing research to understand customers & consumers needs.Developing marketing materials for the channel.Website content & social media.Managing the sales & margin growth of the channel.Managing the delivery of new concepts for the channel.Managing delivery of programs & support materials to the sales team.Liaising with Advertising & PR agencies.
To apply for this role you should have a minimum 3-5 years Trade Marketing experience with a strong understanding of Channels & Distributors, ideally gained within the cake & pastry, or general food industry.
You will have excellent communication skills, both verbal & written, coupled with strong creativity & business judgment to generate & select promising ideas/projects.
An excellent package is on offer to include a Basic salary upto 45,000, Pension, BUPA and Income Protection.

The Senior Marketing Executive / Manager designate will take full responsibility for the whole marketing function, managing & growing what is currently a small marketing team. This is a wide & varied role, calling for someone with a broad range of skills & experience and a great deal of initiative. You will be responsible for marketing campaigns to develop worldwide membership; maintenance of databases; production of editorial news items / newsletters; UK & overseas exhibitions, events & promotions including researching relevant cities, events, promotional speakers, budgets, stand & staff management. You will have strong organisational & budget management skills and experience of managing all aspects of trade shows / exhibitions including marketing the events.
