Highly regarded, Birmingham based specialist IT solutions / software organisation seeks a pro-active & dynamic Sales Manager, to lead & inspire their Sales team to achieve ambitious, but entirely realistic growth targets. Operating within a rapidly evolving sector they have the benefit of a diverse UK wide customer base including Local Authorities, NHS, Strategic Partners, Corporate & Commercial Sectors.
The next phase of expansion has created the need to recruit a charismatic Sales Manager who will take responsibility for the Sales function. This is a hands-on, lead from the front role where your personal drive & natural leadership style will motivate the sales team to emulate your achievements. You will need to further improve the structure, systems & practices within the sales team, enabling them to realise their full potential & concentrate their efforts in adding value to the sales process.

An exciting Area Manager role with a well-known & growing range of branded FMCG products, primarily centred around the Health & Beauty products sector. They supply salons, multiple retail, wholesale & export accounts within grocery, high street and department stores. This role is focusing on salon & wholesale customers covering an area encompassing Worcestershire, Gloucestershire, Wiltshire & Hampshire.
The main focus of the role will be to maintain & increase business with existing customers and to develop business by prospecting, opening and selling to new accounts within the listed territory. As a key member of the team you will need to be hard working with determination, drive and be motivated enough to work either alone or within a team as required.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in FMCG sales, ideally in a related product sector (Beauty/Nail Care), but this is not absolutely essential. You will ideally be accustomed to undertaking product demonstrations and providing in-store training. You should have good numeracy, literacy & Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM).
On target performance will add c6000 annual commission (paid monthly) to the basic salary which will be in region of 25-28,000 subject to experience. The car allowance is 400 per month.
