Recruitment Consultant (Construction sector) - Birmingham
20-25,000 basic + open ended commission
Our client, a leading services provider to the construction industry, is seeking a sales professional as part of their ongoing expansion, selling & delivering solutions to house builders, construction contractors and commercial/architectural sectors.
You will be responsible for prospecting for new business opportunities together with managing & developing existing accounts, splitting your time between visiting clients and working on projects in the office.

One of the UK's leading industrial consumables/MRO providers is seeking a talented National Account Manager as part of their continued expansion. Reporting to the National Accounts Director key duties will include:
Effectively grow designated Key/National Account business, maintaining the highest level of customer service levels.
Direct Internal/External branch staff to protect and grow Key/National Accounts, ensuring effective communication takes place between head office and the branch network.
Develop & implement strategic business development and promotional plans.
Oversee the completion of tenders as required
Applications are invited from candidates who are able to demonstrate a high level of commercial awareness within the engineering spares sector, including Mechanical, PPE, Tools & Consumables. You should be comfortable dealing with multi-million pound contracts and be competent in Excel & Word.

Our client, a long established & successful Birmingham based software company is seeking a Data Transfer Analyst due to their continued global expansion.
The role:
Complete a whole range of data transfer tasks and predominately the creation & migration of SQL server databases that will be used for new & existing clients.
Understand ETL (Extract, Translate, Load) principles and technologies, being able to apply these in day to day work
Have the confidence, organisation skills & enthusiasm to take control & ownership of projects ensuring they are delivered on time and to a very high quality.
Gather requirements for work coming into the team to ensure that the final delivery will meet the customers expectations.
Be comfortable communicating complex technical points with customers and internal stake holders at all levels of management and technical ability.
Display excellent information gathering and problem solving competencies, taking ownership of all work items and bringing them to their conclusion with minimal supervision;
Key Attributes:
Experience in transferring complex sets of data between systems.
Able to work independently through complex problems and/or technical challenges.
Excellent communications skills.
Extremely customer orientated
An analytical mind showing initiative and a willingness to learn
Technical experience required:
Microsoft SQL Server 2008/2012 or higher (Essential - 2+ years)
Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel, Query, VBA and Word as a minimum)
Comfortable working with non-database file formats such as XML, CSV, HTML (essential).
Familiar with ETL graphic tools would be of benefit (e.g. SSIS, Business objects)
Working knowledge of programming would be of benefit (e.g. C#.net )

Our client, a long established & leading manufacturing business is seeking a PA to the Managing Director, based from their prestigious head-office near Redditch.
To apply for this role you should be exceptionally well organised and have meticulous attention to detail. You will ideally have worked as a PA or Executive Assistant to a Senior Director previously, as this will give you an excellent insight into the requirements, and challenges, of the role, encompassing both business & personal / family matters.
Specific duties will include:
Inbox management which includes screening emails, prioritising to ensure requests are actioned and initiating responses.
Collation of priorities & tasks record to monitor outstanding activities for completion ensuring the Managing Director is prepared in advance for meetings.
Meticulous diary management to ensure an effective schedule is maintained. The ability to ascertain priorities throughout specific periods of the year to proactively manage and anticipate.
International and domestic travel management - accompanying the Managing Director on trips if required.

The ideal candidate will have a well rounded personality with a positive approach to managing a wide & diverse range of tasks and responsibilities.
