Our client, a leading provider of reward, benefits and engagement solutions/technology is seeking a Senior Telemarketing Specialist as part of their ongoing expansion.
Based at the companys offices in central Birmingham, this is a hugely important role as it is the first point of contact with prospective new customers. A research team will provide you will a fantastic stream of prospects, and your role is to reach out to HR Directors/Managers, CEOs & FDs and introduce a world leading employee engagement solution that enables organisations to connect with their most important assets - their people, aka their employees.
To apply for this role you should, first & foremost, be tenacious & creative by nature, with excellent written & verbal communication skills. Some sales experience would be beneficial although this isnt a stereotypical sales role. Our client takes a refreshingly different approach to Business Development embracing many different communication channels & techniques, such as e-marketing encompassing video technology. On offer for this role is a basic salary in the region of 25,000-30,000, subject to experience, plus open end commission that should realise an additional 20,000 per annum + benefits

Our client, a leading provider of engagement solutions to many of the worlds most recognised companies, is seeking an exceptionally talented & ambitious Sales Consultant as part of their ongoing global expansion.
This is a face to face sales role, with your week typically being split 2 days out meeting & pitching to clients and the remainder in the office completing sales proposals, administration and follow-ups. A research & appointment making team will provide you with a fantastic stream of prospects, enabling you to focus solely on meeting with HR Directors/Managers, CEOs & FDs and introducing a world leading employee engagement solution that enables organisations to connect with their most important assets - their employees. Typical sales cycle is around 6 months and you will be signing clients up on 3 or 5 year contracts.
To apply for this role you need to be an exceptionally talented b2b solution based sales professional with an outstanding track record of achievement. Internal Sales - Export Division
Our client, a leading, multi-branch supplier of engineering components & consumables such as Bearings, Power Transmission, Fluid Power and Lubricants is seeking an Internal Sales person for their Export division, based out of their Halesowen head office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maximising profitable sales from existing export customers whilst continually exploring new international business opportunities.
Applications are invited from candidates with a proven track record in export sales. Good knowledge of the engineering sector and familiarity with engineering consumables, particularly bearings, would naturally be advantageous. Candidates should be highly self-motivated and target driven, with excellent communication skills. You do not need to speak a 2nd language nor have expertise with export administration to apply for this role.

Business Development Executive - UK Wide
30-38,000 basic salary + commission + car & benefits
Our client, an international manufacturer of CNC capital equipment for the sheet metal sector, is seeking a Business Development Executive to cover the UK, as part of their ongoing expansion.
Reporting to the M.D, the successful candidate will be responsible for promoting the companys wide range of CNC Machinery to a combination of manufacturing companies and steel stockholders. This role relies heavily on long term relationship building and as such there is a 50/50 mix of existing and new clients.
To apply for this role you will preferably (although not essential) possess experience of selling CNC capital equipment / outsourced machining / sheet metal services / or sheet steel / plate
Specific training will be provided, however you will need a fair degree of resilience, self-motivation and personal drive, as the role will involve travelling around the UK introducing yourself to existing and new clients. An engineering background (educational or vocational) would be preferred, however this is not absolutely essential, as long as you are technically-minded, and have experience from one of the industry sectors above.
