A talented & ambitious Marketing Assistant is required by this UK market leading business.
Supporting the Marketing Manager, youll be working on creative marketing campaigns promoting the companys products and services.
Specific duties will include:
Market research
Writing press releases
Arranging promotional events
Assessing the results of marketing campaigns
Assisting the Marketing Manager in the production of reports and data analysis
Helping to drive online traffic with e-mail and social media campaigns
Writing content for the company website
Communicating with clients
Co-ordinating with third party agencies and suppliers
Managing in-house charity events/fundraising
This is a dynamic role with plenty of variety including occasional travel, so you must have a full, clean UK driving license and your own transport.
To Apply:
You should ideally have a degree in marketing (or equivalent qualifications) coupled with at least 12 months marketing experience, which could have been gained during your University placement year.
Furthermore you will be ambitious, highly self-motivated with excellent communication skills and plenty of initiative.

An exciting Export Coordinator role with a well-known & growing range of branded FMCG products, primarily centred around the Health & Beauty products sector. Our client supplies multiple retail, wholesale & export accounts within grocery, high street and department stores.
The focus of this role is to provide export knowledge, implement processes & procedures and to provide the support required for the growth of the companys export business.
Key duties will include:
Implementing the correct certification and legal documents such as: letter of authorisation, health/hygiene certificates/ GMP certificates, certificate of origin/compliance/formulation, product registration, EN71 certificates, NDA, frame formulations, power of attorney and free sale certificates
Export knowledge of EU and ROW export requirements
Processing of orders with specific delivery notes, packing lists and invoices as required
To offer a high level of customer care, with excellent communication in general, specifically order acknowledgement, out of stocks, order despatch and order delivery date
Knowledge of territory regulation standards e.g. FDA/SFDA/ASEAN
Custom procedures and tariffs including knowledge of incoterms, insurance requirements, commodity codes and VAT obligations
Shipping requirements - pallet types, packaging restrictions and documentation
Transport coordination and required paperwork
Obtaining Bill of lading/proof of shipment and proof of delivery
Key skills/attributes sought:

Export knowledge - solid grounding in export administration & documentation
Excellent use of excel and word
Strong analytical skills
Ability & confidence to make & prioritise decisions
Knowledge of NAV and POWER BI would be an advantage but not essential
Excellent telephone, email & face to face communication skills
Ability to work under own initiative as well as part of a team, and prioritise workload
Dynamic individual able to operate & thrive in a fast moving environment.
German speaker would be an advantage (but not essential)

Our client, a leading distributor to the manufacturing sector is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to lead their process instrumentation division within the East and West Midlands area.As this is a technology driven marketplace, you will be required to possess a high level of up to date technical knowledge of process instrumentation, how it is used with manufacturing and process plants along with a strong sales head.
Essentially you will be reviewing clients process lines, and recommend the relevant process instrumentation required to improve productivity, efficiency, performance and energy consumption.
You will need to possess the following skills and knowledge:
  A technical knowledge of flow meters, pressure gauges, signal barriers, pipe adapters and associated process instrumentation (predominantly within the field of liquids and gasses)

Overview: Perform electrical and mechanical planned and reactive maintenance support cross a wide range range of cardboard manufacturing equipment.
Duties will include:
All electrical maintenance including PLC controlled systems, fault finding, single and three phase supplies, as well as machinery diagnosis and repairs
Work to and help create PM schedules and undertake any corrective actions assigned by the Group Operations Manager and Production Manager
Report maintenance downtime issues as well as analysing equipment to improve performance
Undertake and lead small improvement programs
Identify critical spares for designated machines and refurbish spares
Liaise with manufacturers and suppliers a as required
To be considered for this role:
5 years post apprenticeship experience
You are required to hold the following qualifications:
17th Edition Wiring Regulations, BS 7671 Amendment 3 (C&G 2382-15 - QCF Level 3)
Initial Verification, Testing and Certification of Electrical Installations (Logic Certification QCF Level 3)
Health & Safety - Manual Handling/ Fire Safety/ Asbestos Awareness/ Working at Heights
Monday - Friday (8 hour shift - 6 -2 or 2 -10 unpaid lunch of either 30 mins or 1 hr), but there could be some weekend work required which would be agreed in advance.. It would be advantageous if you were flexible and adaptable to learn certain aspects of mechanical maintenance and lathe/ milling machine operation.
