Highly regarded, Birmingham based specialist IT solutions / software organisation seeks a pro-active & dynamic Sales Manager, to lead & inspire their Sales team to achieve ambitious, but entirely realistic growth targets. Operating within a rapidly evolving sector they have the benefit of a diverse UK wide customer base including Local Authorities, NHS, Strategic Partners, Corporate & Commercial Sectors.
The next phase of expansion has created the need to recruit a charismatic Sales Manager who will take responsibility for the Sales function. This is a hands-on, lead from the front role where your personal drive & natural leadership style will motivate the sales team to emulate your achievements. You will need to further improve the structure, systems & practices within the sales team, enabling them to realise their full potential & concentrate their efforts in adding value to the sales process.

You will become a key member of the development team utilising the methodologies and working in an agile environment. Primary Responsibilities
Understanding, gathering, communicating and documenting customer & business requirements & drivers using industry standard and company methodologies & policies;
Collaborate with the Application Development, Testing and Management teams to help build technical documents and prototype solutions for their flagship product;
Problem solve requirement to design variances and bugs in the application;

Our client, an international manufacturer of CNC capital equipment for the sheet metal sector, is seeking a Business Development Executive to cover the UK, as part of their ongoing expansion.
Reporting to the M.D, the successful candidate will be responsible for promoting the companys wide range of CNC Machinery to a combination of manufacturing companies and steel stockholders. This role relies heavily on long term relationship building and as such there is a 50/50 mix of existing and new clients.
To apply for this role you will preferably (although not essential) possess experience of selling CNC capital equipment / outsourced machining / sheet metal services / or sheet steel / plate
Specific training will be provided, however you will need a fair degree of resilience, self-motivation and personal drive, as the role will involve travelling around the UK introducing yourself to existing and new clients.
