Guy has connections to the music industry, yet his singing talents remain undiscovered, he will have to content himself with serenading his colleagues rather than sell out audiences at Knebworth! He certainly hit the right note when he joined Swindale Parks in 1996.

Prior to joining the team he completed his degree in Nottingham and spent 18 months in pub management. Guy's responsibilities extend beyond recruitment consultancy to also include 'training' and 'advertising', his contributions helping to shape the company we recognise as Swindale Parks today. To blow away the cobwebs Guy likes nothing better than taking to the Worcestershire countryside on his mountain bike, walkers and wildlife beware rider coming through!!!

If you ever find yourself in a tight spot on a quiz show and need to phone a friend make sure you have got Helen's number — the length and breadth of her knowledge knows no bounds.

Having left Middlesbrough (please don't call her a Geordie!), Helen studied at Bradford University before moving south to the Midlands and joining Swindale Parks in 1995. She has since become Swindale Parks longest serving employee spending a number of years learning her trade within the sales recruitment team before turning her attention to our specialist Marketing & Creative division. Our resident Masterchef, she enjoys nothing more than getting creative in the kitchen, Gordon and Jamie watch out!

Claire's first job was working at a stable — she just loves horses. You'd have to of course, hours of mucking out and grooming was done without pay, her only reward being just 30 minutes in the saddle — now that's dedication! She has shown similar amounts of application whilst with Swindale Parks — having completed her degree in Liverpool, Claire took the long route back to the Midlands via South East Asia, joining the company in 1999 and quickly establishing herself as a key member of the team. Claire has been central to the success of the Marketing & Creative division.

Driving is a passion of Pete's, be it straight down the middle of the 18th or on the open road, top down behind the wheel of one of the increasingly long list of cars he has owned. Lured by the sound of the sea his electronics degree earned in Brighton was put to use in the automotive sector — before his move into recruitment and the idea of Swindale Parks sparked into life.

Present at the birth of the company in 1991, Pete has been involved from day one ensuring the young business grew into the strapping teenager it is today. As winter rolls around his thoughts turn to skiing — the crisp mountain air, fresh powder snow and vin chaud. Now will it be the Alps or Pyrenees this year...

Swindale Parks' Welsh dragon, Carl is proud of his heritage and fiercely patriotic, he will tell you he has spent many wet and windy Saturday afternoons teaching the English (and anyone else that will listen) how to play rugby. Following a brief spell working in logistics Carl spent several successful years in field sales in the North West, before he followed his heart and the love of a good lady brought him to the Midlands.

A business studies graduate he has since gained 20 years' recruitment experience and as one of the founding fathers of Swindale Parks was present at the birth of the company in 1991, as he was at the birth of his 3 children who take up most of his time out of the office.
