Sales Executive / Graduate Trainee Sales Executive
c22,000 basic + Bonus, Company car, benefits package & excellent career prospects
An exciting career development role with this UK market leading supplier of a range of equipment & services used in the transport, bus & coach, and commercial vehicle fleet markets. Business expansion has created the need to recruit an additional Sales Executive who will receive first class training & personal development to enable progression to an Area Sales Manager role. This could be an ideal opportunity for someone with internal sales experience who has the ambition & drive to progress to field sales, or a Graduate looking to embark on a career in business to business sales.
You will receive excellent initial & on-going training in both the products & sales, to enable you to progress to fully managing a sales area within 6 - 12 months, developing existing relationships, following up marketing leads, attending exhibitions / trade shows & constantly being aware of business development opportunities. With a very dominant market share they have a strong reputation for quality & service which means the sales process is focused into relationship building.
The ideal candidate will either be of Graduate calibre & have some commercial work experience, or a couple of years business to business sales experience. This could be in a sales role, or equally in other areas if you can demonstrate a real desire to succeed in sales - a previous recruit to the company at this level is now the highest performing Sales Manager, having joined them with 1 year post graduate experience, in a re-active sales role. He was hungry, ambitious, prepared to work hard to achieve results & most importantly of all had a positive and realistic approach to developing his career.
