Telemarketing Executive - 16-18,000 basic + commission (open ended)
Our client, a long estabished, specialist consultancy business, has a requirement for a Telemarketing Executive, based from their West Midlands offices (Halesowen), to sell to the UK public (Government, Police & NHS) and private sectors.
Working within the Business Development department the role will involve outbound cold & warm sales calls to identify potential opportunities within new & existing clients, also to establish whether existing contacts are still in post, appropriate to the companys services, and that contact details are correct, updating the CRM system as appropriate. This role has the potential to be fast tracked into a field based Sales Consultant role.
To apply for this role you should have a proven track record in Telesales, Data Cleansing, Cold-calling and/or Appointment setting. You should have strong communication skills and be highly self-motivated. Experience in a services sector is preferred but not essential. Experience of using a CRM system is essential. Whilst this is not a technical sales role, experience in an IT Security environment or IT in general may be an advantage but not essential. Finally you should be ambitious by nature, friendly, results driven and highly self-motivated.
In return you will receive excellent training, a competitive basic salary in the region of 16-18,000 plus uncapped commission of 1% on all converted leads. Additional benefits include 28 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays & pension (after 12 months service).
