Our client, a leading provider of engagement solutions to many of the worlds most recognised companies, is seeking an exceptionally talented & ambitious Sales Manager as part of their ongoing global expansion.
This is a hands-on, people management role where your sales team will consist of field based & internal sales personal, whose focus is on reaching out to HR Directors/Managers, CEOs & FDs and introducing a world leading employee engagement solution that enables organisations to connect with their most important assets - their employees. Typical sales cycle is around 6 months and clients are typically signed up on 3 or 5 year contracts.
To apply for this role you need to be an exceptionally talented b2b solution based sales professional with an outstanding track record of achievement within a create-the-need sales environment. You should be tenacious & creative by nature, with excellent written & verbal communication skills. Our client is looking for la crème de la crème of the sales world, candidates who are excellent team managers & relationship builders; bright, positive, self-motivated, upbeat, extrovert; quick to learn, excited to learn, willing to invest personal time & energy into learning.
On offer for this role is a basic salary in the region of 45,000-55,000, subject to experience, plus open ended commission that should realise an OTE of between 80,000-100,000 per annum + exceptional benefits..
