The UK's leading independent online gaming company is expanding again & looking to recruit a VIP Executive for their market leading Bingo & Casino team. You will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a variety of customers on a daily basis.
The main purpose of this role is to assist the VIP Manager in the retention and reactivation of high end players. The role will predominantly be to focus on continual communication with VIP players via telephone and email.
The main duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: -
  Managing VIP relationships on a daily basis
  Taking calls & emails from existing players, as well as owning & resolving players issues
  Making promotional and relationship building calls to existing players
  Use social media and chat moderation to build community among players
  Use data to produce relevant calling schedules to target players with lapsing accounts, building engagement and frequency
  Manage gifts and rewards for VIPs on special occasions, birthdays and anniversaries
  Organising and attending VIP events
  Using IT systems to credit and record player bonuses
  Deliver effective promotional campaigns
  Meet targets against productivity, quality and KPI delivery
  Sound commercial acumen, understanding of ROI and an analytical approach
Ideal skills:
  Excellent Customer Service in a VIP role in a gaming or similar b2c, customer focused industry (loans, online dating, entertainment, hospitality, leisure etc)
  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  Lively and outgoing personality, with a can-do attitude
  Excellent time management and organisational skills
  Very confident and clear communication skills
