Venue Executive

Venue Administrator - c19k - Worcestershire
You will need a good knowledge of UK and International venues, strong organisational skills, be capable of working on your own initiative, have good Microsoft Office knowledge and be an excellent communicator. In addition you need to be self-motivated, have a real can-do attitude, and be capable of prioritising and juggling lots of tasks whilst remaining calm and professional at all times.
Mostly office based, your role will include:
  taking a brief
  finding the right venues
  liaising with venues and with clients
  writing and creating proposals
  database management
  creativity to think outside the box
  handling your own clients
