Internal sales executive - 20k OTE 30k
My client is a friendly Black Country manufacturing company, seeking an experienced internal sales executive to work at their head office
You will have be able to research the market place to identify new customers, and generate new business through telephone calls, emails, face to face meetings and targeted marketing campaigns.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced internal sales executive to become an integral part of a growing manufacturing business.
Duties:
  Research a targeted sector, to indicate opportunities and build a database of existing and target clients
  Research and create a breakdown of competitors strengths and weaknesses
  Using your research, you will be able to produce a sales strategy to target the chosen market.
  Contact potential clients to promote the products - telephone, email, and associated online media
  Follow up on any warm leads created, this could include visiting the potential client to build up rapport and potentially close the sale
  Maintain an up to date activities list, recording all approaches made and the outcomes on the internal system
  Produce a weekly report to discuss with the directors
  Attend appropriate events and exhibitions to engage with current and target clients
  Sustain relationships with key clients, by arranging periodic visits to explore their needs and anticipate new opportunities.
  Establish a system of feedback from clients and analyse the results.
Person profile:
  A confident internal sales professional, who is Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook.
  Experienced in promoting the unique selling points of a manufactured product against competitors
  A natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance.
  Credible, and comfortable in dealing with clients, either over the phone, or face to face.
  Adept in use of Outlook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  You will need a driving licence as you may be required to visit clients at their premises and attend exhibitions and trade shows
The successful candidate will receive training on the different products available, as well the manufacturing process and supply chain involved, thus enhancing their professionalism and ability to promote the business further.
This role is based at my clients offices - however you will travel clients premises and attend exhibitions where required to promote the business further
