Telemarketing Executive - Software
Birmingham Up to 35 hours per week pro-rata 20k per annum
My client are a well-established and respected business consultancy that provides software to mid-market companies. They are seeking a highly proactive Telemarketing Executive who is keen to advance their career in I.T. Telemarketing. You will build strong relationships with our clients to understand their I.T. requirements and identify opportunities to generate appointments for the sales team.
Duties will include:
  Make targeted telephone calls with a view to creating interest, generating leads, appointments and business opportunities. All data provided
  Manage a core list of companies to build strong relationships
  Hit targets and KPIs to achieve over all business goals
  Establish key business drivers and needs for new software
  Update and verify information on the database during phone calls (such as turnover, address, current software, contact details
  Work closely with the sales team to follow up on all opportunities generated
To be considered for this role:
  Ideally 2 years relevant business to business telemarketing experience
  Proven track record of hitting targets and performing in an environment where achievement was key
  Results driven with a good understanding of business
  Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
  Strong IT skills
  Dynamic self-starter who is confident when cold calling
  Enthusiastic, self- motivated and driven
  Persuasive communicator with good listening skills.
