As Telemarketing Executive you will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities via outbound follow up call to marketing campaigns (direct mail, seminars, events etc) and via opportunities that have been received inbound from direct response, advertising, direct mail campaigns, websites and word of mouth.
Ultimately, you will be responsible for qualifying & developing prospects and thereby identifying qualified sales opportunities that can be passed into the sales cycle and allocated to a sales person.
To apply for this role you should (a) be computer literate (b) have some kind of telemarketing/customer service experience and (c) have a confident & clear telephone manner, capable of communicating at different levels, from receptionist to Board member.
