Our client, a leading, long established Marketing Services Company specialising in outsourced B2B Telemarketing services, is seeking a talented business development professional to support the Chief Executive in his quest for new business acquisition throughout the UK, Europe & USA.
The role:
Generate qualified new business appointments for your assigned Account Director to attend, typically at the rate of 8-10 per week.
Maintain relationships with prospects that arent ready to purchase yet, building a sales pipe-line via Sales Force CRM.
Optimise business opportunities from existing accounts, through upselling & cross selling.
Provide post appointment support to your assigned Account Director as required.
Answer incoming calls to the company as required, directing them in a professional manner and taking messages where appropriate.
The candidate:
A good appreciation of B2B Sales & Marketing, ideally previously worked in that environment.
Creative approach to developing new business opportunities and opening doors.
Well educated, excellent verbal & written communication skills, bright personality.
Well organised, confident and highly self-motivated.
Strong research skills.
Good IT skills.
Not afraid to pick up the phone and speak with Senior Decision Makers, arranging appointments throughout the UK, Europe & USA.
Ambitious - dedicated to carving out a successful B2B career.
On offer is a basic salary in the region of 18-20,000, subject to experience, plus bonus and excellent career development opportunities.
