Team Administrator 18k Garretts Green
My client is seeking a valued Team Administrator who is able to bring everything together and keep the team on track. No 2 days will be the same and you will have lots of work to do.
First and foremost they are seeking someone who is reliable and dependable - a great team asset!
Your duties will vary depending on the season but generally will include:
Duties:
-Issuing artwork to global suppliers
-Filing artwork in correct folders - electronic and physical
-Checking printer artwork files and dealing with high volume of emails from suppliers
-Answering all queries throughout the proofing process
-Chasing up proofs ensuring deadlines are adhered to
-Opening deliveries and distributing proofs for checking
-Contacting suppliers to confirm proofs/make amends/ resolving any issues
-Tradeshow sample ordering - chasing samples, checking, distributing and logging of samples sent to design agencies and PR companies
-Count and cross check all POS quantities monthly and re-order if required
-Organise all new POS and distribute for sales team, internal and trade shows
-Compile catalogue folders and copies of POS as required
-General administration duties to support the team
They are seeking someone who:
-Has outstanding organisational skills and be highly efficient, thriving in a fast paced, ever changing environment
-Is able to juggle multiple projects and prioritise effectively
-Works to critical paths, Ensuring the dates are met, despite issues along the way
-Possesses Excellent MS Office skills
-Is smart, presentable and confidently spoken
Working hours are Monday - Thursday 9 - 5.15 and a 4pm finish on Fridays.
