New Business Sales Executive - Worcester 23k OTE 27k uncapped + fantastic benefits
My client has a friendly and proactive sales team and they are looking for a new team mate.
This is a hugely important role as you would be the first point of contact with prospective new customers. You will have a fantastic stream of prospects, and your role is to reach out to IT Directors/Managers, FDs & MDs and introduce a fantastic software solution that is required by all companies and industries.
This role involves no cold calling, just developing potential leads and client relationships.
To apply for this role you should, first and foremost, have excellent communication skills and enjoy client development. Current employees who excel at this role are: excellent relationship builders; bright, positive, self-motivated, upbeat, extrovert; quick and excited to learn. You do not need to have worked with IT sales before as full training will be given to help you succeed. You do need b2b sales experience and are comfortable with both achieving and exceeding KPI's. In addition you need to enjoy listening and responding to customer and offering an ideal solution rather than trying to fit a square peg into a round hole.
On offer for this role is a basic salary in the region of 18,000-23,000, subject to experience, plus open end commission that should realise an additional 4k + benefits.
