Job Title:
Sales Support Administrator
up to 22k +benefits
This is a wonderful opportunity to work for one of my favourite clients. They are my favourite due to offering a lovely working environment, promoting from within and have shown a steady year on year growth of the business. This a newly created role and would suit an experienced sales administrator with an eye for detail and accuracy coupled with a positive attitude.
Duties will include:
Providing administrative support to the new business sales team and Sales Director
Update the website with special offers and promotions
Keep quotes and manufacturer information up to date and accurate
Respond to sales leads and incoming enquiries via email, texts and telephone calls
Handle with diplomacy any customer complaints and issues
Conduct satisfaction surveys (email or telephone)
Provide the sales team with data or reports as required
Arrange appointments with customers and prospects
Maintain accurate records
Check sales packs prior to approval and filing as required
To be considered for this role:
Attention to detail
Good standard of education
Sales administration experience
Must be a car driver as there is no public transport access
Excellent communicator and confident
MS Office literate - with excel skills
Determined and motivated
