Duties will include:
  Processing business customer orders and handling customer queries
  Provide outstanding customer service and administration support to both the sales and buying departments.
  You will also get to meet customers when they visit, so you need to be well presented and comfortable in a face to face role
  Provide administration support and assistance to the Companys Sales Representatives to include;
oEnsure all orders are dispatched in a timely manner;
oProvide the Sales Reps with daily updates on their orders.
  Liaise with Buying Department to ensure orders are being processed;
  Liaise with Logistics Department to arrange deliveries for customers;
  Arranging and complete the admin for Shipping Quotes;
  Send Pro-Forma Invoices and chasing Customers for payment;
  Liaising with the Warehouse Team to communicate Customer Order requirements;
  Manage Customer telephone and email queries;
  Provide Customers with updates on their Orders;
To be considered for this role:
  Excellent office skills to include intermediate level Excel
  Diary management skills
  Well-spoken and smartly presented
  Team player, high levels of integrity and a desire to provide an outstanding level of customer service
