Our client is a well-established & expanding, multi-award winning manufacturing company based in the West Midlands, supplying bespoke engineered components & solutions to the Oil & Gas sector worldwide. They consider themselves as the best at what they do.
As part of their ongoing expansion plans they now require a hands-on Sales Manager to head up a multi-million pound division supplying bespoke engineered components to the energy sector on a global basis. Working very closely with the Global Sales team, the division, consisting of a team of 4/5 Internal Sales Executives, is responsible for receiving & processing enquiries from the sales team, ensuring that orders are fulfilled on time and on budget, liaising with the client, suppliers & internal staff throughout the process.
To apply for this role you will have a track record of success gained within a similar engineering solutions environment, ideally, although not essentially, Forgings, Special Steels and Oil & Gas Industry related. Your team management skills must be exemplary and it is essential that you are hands on, results focused and highly ambitious by nature. We are looking for a strong character with an excellent work ethic. Our clients' business is entrepreneurial but also technical.
On offer is a basic salary of c50,000 plus benefits.
