18 - 24,000 + 10% bonus and additional benefits
My client, a prominent and successful Worcestershire based sporting & leisure organisation is looking to add to their successful team of Sales Executives.
To be considered for this role you must be an experienced, proactive B2B sales professional. You will work independently on a day to day basis against the targets identified by the Sales and Marketing plan and the departments budget. You will be responsible for contributing to the delivery of the annual organisational Sales & Marketing Strategy outlined at the beginning of the financial year and reviewed throughout the year.
Working as part of the wider commercial team the specific purpose of the post is to drive revenues against targets. Specifically the focus will be on revenues generated through the selling of commercial inventory including advertising opportunities, hospitality packages, partnerships, commercial events & ticketed products. This is done by proactively sourcing and researching new business to drive the sale of seasonal hospitality and advertising.
Specific duties will include:
Out Bound Sales: Responsible for revenue generation through new business acquisition by prospecting, qualifying and developing new business over the telephone and face-to-face.
Inbound Sales: Completing inbound sales enquiries as part of the commercial team and to work with autonomy to maximize each potential client within the parameters outlined by Head of Sales
Networking & Hospitality: Supporting cross selling between clients fostering an appetite for maximizing hospitality investment from the clients
Client Service & Account Management: Forging long term relationships with clients, ensuring their commitment to the brand.
On offer is a basic salary up to 24,000 + bonus and additional benefits.
