Sales Executive - 22-25,000 basic + 17,500 commission (open ended)
Our client, an expanding consultancy operating within the field of information and physical security solutions, has an immediate requirement for a Sales Executive, based from their West Midlands offices (Halesowen), to sell to the UK public (Government, Police & NHS) and private sectors.
The company operates in a small, family environment where all employees are part of the 'the team'. The role is predominantly office based.
Reporting into the Commercial Director you will be responsible for the self-generation of leads through proactive cold calling, establishing a decision maker, educating the client on the benefits of the company's solutions, booking qualified appointments, attending sales meetings, preparing quotations & proposals and subsequent account management following successful sales closure. Order values will range from 5000 to 100,000 +. Full training will be provided.
To apply for this role you should have a proven track record of achievement within a B2B sales role (encompassing lead generation to sales closure), ideally, although by no means essentially, IT services based. Furthermore you should be ambitious by nature, friendly, results driven and highly self-motivated.
In return you will receive first class training, a competitive basic salary in the region of 22-25,000 plus uncapped commission of 5% on all orders - target performance will produce a realistic 17,500 commission per annum. Additional benefits include 28 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension (after 12 months service) and reasonable expenses including mileage & subsistence.
