The Company
Our client is the Midlands leading provider of cleaning services to the catering/commercial kitchen sector. The services they provide ensure their customers adhere to stringent Health & Safety regulations. Most clients are blue chip companies with in-house staff restaurant facilities. Additionally, the company sells to hotels, restaurants, colleges, schools and similar.
Most work is carried out on a regular contracted basis, providing a service to clients between two and four cleans per annum. The company enjoys a healthy contracted client base, with steady year on year growth achieved to date.
Geographically, the company operates within typically a 50-mile radius of Birmingham.
The Role
The company needs to recruit a sales professional, to be tasked with identifying and securing targeted new business.
The ideal candidate will therefore have a strong business to business sales track record and be competent in the following: -
Personal sales activity management
Identifying and screening prospects
Telephone appointment making
Establishing and meeting client needs
Presenting sales solutions and selling on-going service contracts.
Full product training will be provided, therefore sector experience, whilst useful, is not as important as the above competencies.
The Rewards
Base salary circa 20k-24k plus uncapped sales commission, providing realistic OTE of 42k. Company car, mobile phone and laptop provided.
