Description:
Our client specialises in advice on drug protection policies and the implementation of detection systems into safety critical businesses such as bus, coach, logistics and construction. They already have numerous national and large local customers of long standing and is looking to grow in this rapidly expanding market. They are the sole UK distributor for a market leading range of instant readout disposable drug detection products.
We are seeking to recruit a Sales Executive to primarily generate new business for the companies products by own lead generation and following up on leads generated by marketing activities. Also to maintain relationships with the existing customer base so that contracts are renewed and up-sell opportunities for additional products are followed through.
The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate a successful track record of achieving B2B sales results to targets, complete weekly and monthly activity reports, profile target accounts, develop new business opportunities and develop good working relationships with customers.
Knowledge and understanding of Health & Safety Policies, Drug & Alcohol Policies and The Manslaughter Act 2007 isn't essential but would be useful.
You will possess excellent MS Office Skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint coupled with the ability to communicate effectively and the desire to succeed.
You must be able to sell drug detection tests and management solutions and present and demonstrate the products to CEOs and Board Directors through to Union Officials and Local Managers. You will also be required to attend conferences and exhibitions.
The salary package, commensurate with responsibilities, includes good holiday entitlement and Commission paid on sales performance.
