Description:
Our client supplies precision machined components into the power generation, petrochemical and oil & gas industries. They are looking to develop their international base and now wish to appoint a Sales Director to lead their sales team.
This is an opportunity for an experienced sales professional to make his or her mark on the business. There is a requirement to initiate a cultural change within the sales team, to become more dynamic in pursuit of new customers.
To apply for this excellent career opportunity candidates must (a) have international Oil & Gas industry experience, (b) have experience working for a small to medium sized business, (c) have formal B2B sales experience, together with the ability to develop relationships with large Blue Chip companies in the relevant markets, (d) be prepared to lead the sales team from the West Midlands and therefore live within comfortable commuting distance and (e) be prepared to travel extensively visiting the international customer base.
Furthermore candidates should have excellent leadership skills, be ambitious and energetic by nature, and be able to demonstrate a 'can do' attitude coupled with entrepreneurial flair.
This is an exciting opportunity to develop within a dynamic, growing company in a well established market.
The company are offering a good base salary of 80,000 with a bonus structure to increase this to 100,000 and they are also prepared to help with relocation for the suitable candidate.
