Our client, providers of software solutions that manage business risk & compliance, and one of the fastest growing technology companies in EMEA, serves a global client base, spanning in excess of 70 countries, from their offices in the UK (Midlands) and USA.
The next phase of expansion has created the need to recruit a charismatic Sales Director who will take full responsibility for the (10+ strong) Sales & Marketing function. This is a hands-on, lead from the front role where your personal drive & natural leadership style will motivate the sales team to emulate your achievements. You will need to further improve the structure, systems & practices within the sales team, enabling them to realise their full potential & concentrate their efforts in adding value to the sales process.
The ideal candidate will be accustomed to closing sales of high value, complex IT solutions and / or software, and will be equally adept at pioneering new business development & maximising growth from existing customers. Of Graduate calibre, you will have benefited from professional, blue chip sales training & have a clear understanding of the benefits of a structured & planned approach to new business acquisition. This could be the ideal opportunity for a self motivated, high flying Sales Manager to take the next step on the ladder.
As this can be a multi-level sales process you should be intelligent, quick thinking and have the mental agility to adapt your approach to suit differing situations. You will be a strong communicator with a tenacious approach to achieving your goals and have the expectation that your success will be highly rewarded.
