Job Title:
Sales Development Analyst
20-25,000 basic + 9% bonus
Our client, a leading enterprise software company, is seeking a Sales Development Analyst to join its Birmingham based Internal Sales team.
The Sales Development Analyst is responsible for developing relationships with prospective customers and identifying new sales opportunities, working extensively with the Marketing & Account Management teams.
Primary duties include:
Evaluating inbound leads generated by Marketing activities
Through extensive (telephone) dialogue with prospective customers, determine fit and timing
for new sales opportunities
Educate prospective customers on new and existing capabilities of the software platform
Nurture existing leads through ongoing phone and email communications
Validate and update sales lead information in the company CRM (SalesForce.com)
Work with Marketing to create sales and marketing materials that support lead generation and
nurturing activities
This position is open to candidates with 1 ? 2 years work experience and is recommended for those individuals looking to continue or start a career in business?to?business sales.
To apply you should have: strong time management and organizational skills; an Interest in and awareness of international business issues; strong written and verbal communications skills; the ability to navigate corporate structures to identify decision makers; an understanding of Salesforce and WebEx is highly desired, but not essential.
On offer is a basic salary up to 25,000 plus bonus scheme.
