Sales/Business Development Executive - North Birmingham/Staffs/Shrops
18-25,000 basic; 40,000 OTE + car + lap-top
Our client is one of the UK's leading provider of specialist FM services to the catering/commercial kitchen sector. The services they provide ensure their customers adhere to stringent Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations. Clients range from blue chip companies to schools, colleges & Premiership football clubs.
Most work is carried out on a regular contracted basis, providing a service to clients between two and four times per annum. The company enjoys a healthy contracted client base, with excellent year on year growth achieved throughout their history.
As part of their ongoing expansion the company are recruiting a sales professional, to be tasked with identifying and securing targeted new business throughout North Birmingham, Staffordshire & Shropshire.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum 12 months business to business sales track record and be competent in the following: -
Personal sales activity management
Identifying and screening prospects
Telephone appointment making (a telemarketing team will also provide qualified appointments)
Establishing and meeting client needs
Presenting sales solutions and selling on-going service contracts.
Full product training will be provided, therefore sector experience, whilst useful, is not as important as the above competencies.
On offer is a basic salary in the region of 18-25,000 (subject to experience) plus uncapped sales commission, providing a realistic OTE of 40,000 per annum. Company car, mobile phone and laptop.
