Our client, a leading, well established & privately owned provider of FM business solutions to the Commercial sector is seeking a Sales Administrator to join their team.
The role:
Report to the Administration Manager on a daily basis.
Answer phones and deal with sales enquiries, recording & passing of information on all sales enquiries, leads. Keep accurate records of all sales information on a daily basis.
Phone all sales staff on daily basis to collect daily sales figures and any related information. Record all information accurately on a daily basis.
Carry out weekly follow ups to check all enquiries & leads are being actioned by the relevant staff.
Update the office sales & leads board on daily basis.
Attend, monthly sales meetings and produce accurate figures & action points from the meetings.
Carry out daily checks on any submitted sales paperwork and check that all information is filled out correctly. Any discrepancies should be returned to sales staff for correction.
Contact all new customers when paperwork is complete and check contact details, emails and ask for direct debit information where possible.
Keep accurate records of sales and record commissions for each member of sales staff on daily basis. At month end produce their sales commission sheets to check before submitting for processing.
Record all sales quotes from staff via either email copy of quote or verbal quote.
Provide accurate review documentation for the General Manager as and when required i.e. Sales Pipelines, KPIs etc.
Co-ordinate all marketing & promotional activity of the company and keep accurate records of activity results.
Carry out any necessary follow up phone calls to sales leads/quotes as and when required.
Record all information from website leads and pass to appropriate surveyors etc.
Raise Sales Orders, using Sage 50c.
Record leads from technicians and produce a weekly newsletter based on performance, working with the Service Manager to ensure consistency.
The candidate:
To apply for this vacancy you will have a proven track record within a similar Sales Administrator position, where daily liaison with the sales team is part & parcel of the role.
You will have excellent communication & organisational skills, be highly self-motivated and proficient in the use of Sage 50.
On offer is a basic salary in the region of 20,000 plus benefits
