Sales Administrator - B2B Manufacturing Company
A leading manufacturer of tooling and test equipment is seeking a Sales Administrator to support a busy and vibrant internal and external sales division as well as their customers on a global basis.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Sales Administrator from a B2B industry, looking to join a busy and profitable company. Full training will be given on both the product range and client base, enabling you to build a successful career for yourself.
The role:
  Acting as support for your internal and external colleagues, to assist the business in achieving its sales goals
  Initiate and respond to customer enquiries (telephone, and email) in regards to expediting orders, providing quotations and updating on lead time information.
  Input orders, providing the account manager and the client with order acknowledgement
  Send invoices and any other documentation to the customers (Product specification sheets, delivery updates, stock availability)
  Identify delivery problems and proactively consult with the sales team and warehouse to ensure the best resolution is provided to the customer.
  Participate in training as required to keep up to date on new products - enabling you to competently interact over the full product range
  Updating and cleansing information on the CRM system.
  Working with the warehouse department, you will ensure correct stock levels are ascertained and reflected on the inventory system.
  Management of the office filing system (contracts, bids and tenders, sales documentation)
  Performing other duties as required by your line Manager
Suitable Applicant:
  A willingness to learn and grow with the business.
  Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
  Good interpersonal skills: both written and verbal.
  Courteous, clear, and professional phone manner.
  Computer literacy: Microsoft Office experience essential.
  Prior sales administration experience is a pre-requisite.
  Experience with export documentation is required

Circa 20k is on offer to the right applicant depending upon experience and skillset
Hours
07.15 - 4.30pm (with every other Friday off) 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
