Recruitment Specialist/Sales Professional
Our client, based West Midlands and a leading provider of specialist white collar personnel to the construction industry, are seeking a B2B sales professional as part of their ongoing expansion, selling & delivering recruitment solutions to house builders, construction contractors and commercial/architectural sectors.
Based at the companys offices in the Birmingham area, you will be responsible for prospecting for new business opportunities together with managing & developing existing accounts, interviewing candidates on behalf of your clients and presenting your shortlist of suitably qualified candidates for each vacancy they entrust you with.
B2B sales experience coupled with a stable track record are required but this isnt a stereotypical sales role. Our client takes a refreshingly different approach to recruitment, embracing many different communication channels & techniques, such as e-marketing encompassing video technology.

On offer for this role is a basic salary in the region of 20,000-30,000, subject to experience, plus open ended commission that should realise an additional 20,000 per annum + benefits.
