Our client is a long established engineering company based in Birmingham, with a fabulous heritage spanning over 50 years. Renowned for the exceptional quality of the components they produce, their client base consists of many prestigious names in the field of Automotive Manufacturing.
They are now seeking a Receptionist / Administrator to join their growing team. The role is a full time position and focuses on providing an unparalleled customer service experience for anyone visiting their site
Key Duties include:
Receptionist duties including maintaining the visitor log, greeting visitors to site and maintaining the reception area
Hosting visitors while on site and ensuring meeting rooms are ready prior to visitor arrival
Supporting the MD with administrative work
Supporting the rest of the senior management team with administrative work
The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks and assist in general clerical and administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of the Commercial Department as necessitated by your changing role and the overall business objectives

Must have previous experience working in a customer facing receptionist role
Must have good Communication skills
Must be able to work on their own
Must be Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office
