Quality Administrator

Our client, a long established & leading manufacturer of consumer goods, supplied to customers all around the world, is seeking a Quality Administrator based at their Head Office in Redditch.
Key duties will include:
QC checking all in-bound stock, creating inspection reports, reporting any issues and seeing them through to conclusion
Communicating with Far East and UK suppliers on QA issues, raising cases and escalating as appropriate
Recording & monitoring customer complaints. Producing regular reports for review with the QA Manager
Working closely with the QA Manager to ensure full product compliance
Working directly with suppliers to ensure all documentation required for product registration is available as required
Providing QA support across the business as required
Supporting the Quality Department with administration and projects, working within the business critical path timeline to ensure QA-related tasks are carried out at the appropriate time.

A basic salary of 16,000 is on offer plus benefits.
