Looking for a Director of Projects who can:
You will be able to take leadership of the Blades R&D Projects Team. You will have the credentials to manage a portfolio of complex engineering projects from cradle to grave, and have demonstrated success in a similar position.
•  Grow Project Management Organization to support blade projects
•  Manage, coach and lead a team of experienced Project Managers
•  Ensure Projects deliver according to scope, cost and time targets
•  Align Blades R&D Management Team towards projects execution
•  Interface successfully with Central Platform PMO
•  Manage a Portfolio of 12+ Projects (new products, improvements etc.)
•  Supervise projects progress through business focused stage-gate model
•  Responsibility for a total budget of 75M to 100M Eu per annum
•  Recruit new talents and develop Project leadership pipeline
•  Partner with Production Business Units and Platform PMO
•  Develop best practice Project Management processes
•  Act as a customer for Global Research Projects
You need to have:
•  Engineering and/or Business degree
•  MBA
•  PMI, Prince 2
•  Hands on Program Management Experience in a R&D organization
•  Management of multi-cultural teams spread over world wide locations
•  Developed organizations to support business growth
•  Experience of running integrated projects in a matrix organization and involving large multi-disciplinary teams
•  Business case management
•  The ability to speak Danish
