Job Title:
Part time Channel Administrator
up to 15k - 22.5 hours per week + fab bundle of benefits
My wonderful client is seeking a part time Sales Administrator to join their lovely friendly team. The focus of this role is to manage and increase orders that are brought in from their partners, though building relationships, offering support and assisting with managing accounts.
This is a golden opportunity for a enthusiastic and highly motivated person with good interpersonal skills, to support the department within the sales team.
Duties will include:
Manage the existing portfolio of accounts and develop new potential accounts
A lot of the accounts are US based which is why the core hours are Monday - Friday 12 - 4.30pm, occasionally a late shift may be required which would be 3.30pm - 7pm
Research and contact new potential business partners
Train, coach and update partners on a regular basis
To be considered for this role:
Excellent customer service skills over the phone and email
Experience in a b2b sales environment
Ability to work to deadlines and targets
Confidence with communicating to all levels in an organisation
Positive and proactive approach
Act with decency and integrity
