Market leading provider of unique online recruitment solutions & systems, specifically within the education & further education sectors. Their websites attract over 500,000 members, 700,000 site visits, 5 million page impressions & over half a million job searches per month.
As part of their planned expansion, two new Sales Executives / Account Managers are required, 1 in the West Midlands, 1 in the East Midlands. The primary purpose of the role is to develop incremental revenue from existing accounts whilst also developing new revenue streams. You will present at all levels, qualifying each customers needs & recommending the appropriate solutions from the wide portfolio of products. There is excellent marketing / internal sales support from head office, but you must be comfortable operating autonomously from a home base, managing & developing your customers.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of consultative sales within a business to business environment - specific recruitment or education sector experience could be advantageous, but is by no means essential. As part of the portfolio of services includes software & online recruitment process management, a background in software or other similar business solutions could also prove of interest, however the most important attributes sought are a positive attitude, self motivation & commercial acumen. You will have a clear & concise approach to sales with strong planning & organisational skills.
An excellent open ended salary package is on offer, with car allowance, laptop, home office etc all supplied. Career progression opportunity to Sales Manager is a real prospect for someone with some previous Sales Management experience, or with the clear natural ability to progress to this role.
