A rapidly expanding & highly successful technology & services company is seeking an experienced Office Manager to support the Directors & manage all day to day aspects of running a modern & busy office complex. This is a varied role calling for someone who has great organisational skills, attention to detail & a natural communication style.
Specific responsibilities will include:
Development, implementation, maintaining & continually improving internal processes & systems
Training of staff for internal systems & procedures to encourage willing participation & compliance
Managing administrative projects as required and overseeing administration of all onsite assets
Facilities management & resolving day to day issues to ensure smooth running of the offices
Liaising with relevant service providers as required to maintain condition of the offices & ensuring timely repairs
Overseeing office security systems, policies & procedures from external access control systems to internal equipment
Working with other managers to ensure staff compliance with all company policies such as HR, IT & Health & Safety
Providing administration support to the senior management team as required
Internal communications & organisation of meetings, transport, accommodation etc.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, preferably in a high tech, services or IT related company as this will help in understanding the facilities & people involved. You will be able to work under pressure, striving to achieve the best for everyone involved whilst having excellent problem solving skills. Strong communication skills will need to be complimented by the ability to be assertive when required, encouraging staff to adhere to policies & procedures for the benefit of all. You will, of course, be fully IT literate including Microsoft Office. Initiative & creative thinking are positively encouraged throughout the organisation, so proven experience in initiating & implementing continual improvement will be a positive benefit.
