Office Manager 22-25k + 25 days holiday
We are looking for an Office Manager to manage and co-ordinate the smooth and effective running of a busy office, and to provide support. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, your main responsibilities will be to manage the day-to-day office management function for the company, and provide executive support to the Managing Director.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with previous relevant experience, looking for a friendly and welcoming company.
Main Responsibilities
Ensuring all facilities contracts are managed, reviewed and kept up to date;
Ensuring all building maintenance is undertaken cost effectively when required;
Arrange and co-ordinate office social and business events;
Payroll for 15 members of staff - using sage systems
General administration support for the sales team
Handle telephone enquiries and emails
Build strong internal relationships and liaise with other departments and functions as require
Job Requirements
100% confidentiality
Payroll skills (Sage experience would be advantageous)
