Job Title:
Office Manager - Part Time
23-25,000 pro-rata
(Part-time - 20-25 hours per week over 5 days)
We are looking an Office Manager to manage and co-ordinate the smooth and effective running of a busy office, and to provide support to the Directors. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, your main responsibilities will be to manage the day-to-day HR and office management function for the company, and provide executive support to the Managing Director.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with previous relevant experience, looking for a fast-paced and diverse role within an innovative and growing company.
Main Responsibilities
Office Management
   Responsible for ensuring all facilities contracts are managed, reviewed and kept up to date;
   Responsible for ensuring all building maintenance is undertaken cost effectively when required;
· Arrange and co-ordinate office social and business events;
   Arrange office moves and ensure a safe and suitable work environment for all.
HR Management
   Co-ordinate the recruitment, onboarding, and exit process;
   Draft and issue HR correspondence to employees;
   Manage staff HR files;
   Oversee, record, and manage work absence processes such as annual leave, sick leave, and family friendly leave;
   Co-ordinate the appraisal system and provide support to Line Managers when required;
   Arrange any training & development requests and maintain PDPs;
Executive Assistant
   Responsible for general diary management for the Directors;
   Organise meetings, events, travel (including Managing Directors personal arrangements);
   Set up rooms for meetings, training and other activities;
   Attend meetings, take action minutes and proactively follow up;
   Manage, draft, and send correspondence on behalf of the Managing Director
   To take lead role on various ad-hoc projects;
   To be actively involved in the operation of each of the businesses within the Group, providing support as required;
   To provide additional personal support to the Managing Director as required.
   Deal with telephone queries, emails, produce charts, letters, spreadsheets and presentations;
   Liaise with individuals via email/telephone support and face to face meetings where necessary;
   Plan and manage personal time effectively and productively;
   Be aware of and comply with policies and procedures set down by the company, including but not limited to Health & Safety Policies and Equal Opportunities Policies;
   Build strong internal relationships and liaise with other departments and functions as required;
