Product Manager - Occupational Health Software & Solutions

Our client, an international Software developer, is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Professional to manage their market leading occupational health software solutions offering.
The successful candidate will take ownership of the Occupational Health requirements / processes of the Product and its continuing development, based on customer needs.
Specific duties include:
Building upon the best-in-class OH product. Gathering research and developing requirements to continually improve the product.
Documenting product specifications and collaborating with R&D to build prototype functionality.
Problem solving design issues and bugs in the application, including documenting solutions and establishing priority for future releases / service packs.
Supporting Sales-led demos (both remote and on-site, as required) as an OH application subject matter expert. Technical resource to Sales for RFP completion.
Supporting Marketing documentation development, OH thought leadership initiatives, and social media initiatives.
Key contact for helpdesk and product testing questions / issues relating to OH functionality.
Resource to Consulting for implementation support. Participation in OH Business Process Reviews (BPRs) as required and supporting consultant on large OH implementations.
Developing user training tools for OH use.
To apply:
University degree in nursing or related program with equivalent work experience.
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
Self-starting individual with a minimum of 5 years experience in an Occupational Health role and 2 years experience in the use of occupational health or related software.
An ability to grasp issues, problem solve, and suggest innovative solutions is an asset.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are critical to the success of this role.
