New Business Sales Executive - IT &Telecoms Managed Services
25k + OTE 40/50k uncapped
My client offers a wide portfolio of managed services which include print solutions and document management to IT services, cloud computing, disaster recovery and unified communications. They are a well-established and recognised employer and are now looking to build a New Business Sales Team. They are a highly progressive company that can offer long term career prospects to ambitious employees.
Essentially your role will be to generate appointments for External Sales Executives to attend.
You need to be a keen business developer with experience and an interest in IT, Telecoms (not mobile) and managed document services. You will be part of a brand new team in a well-established company and this role is vital to the future development of the company.
Duties will include:
  Identifying, researching and pursuing areas of new business and gaining appointments for a External Salesperson to attend
  Sourcing potential leads through social media and industry literature
  Weekly campaigns
  Working with the external team to identify new prospects
  Working with the marketing team to identify new campaigns
  Sales administration
To be considered for the role:
  Prior cold calling, appointment making skills within a IT or Telecoms (not mobile) commercial sales environment
  Happy to work as part of a new team
  Ambitious with a desire to progress within the company
  Clearly spoken with excellent written and verbal skills
  High self-motivated and disciplined
