Marketing Manager c50k Worcestershire FMCG FOOD
My client is a huge success story and they are looking for a Marketing Manager to help further develop that success. You ideally need to have experience of consumer goods brand marketing coupled with an understanding of TV campaigns.
Its a rich and varied role covering all international and national marketing activities, in addition you will have the responsibility of managing all internal and external communications.
Duties will include:
  To contribute, update and take ownership of the marketing and communications strategy
  To contribute towards digital marketing campaigns to support a UK e-commerce business, delivering and co-ordinating consistent communications & activity in the offline and online world
  To develop marketing and sales strategy for existing and new products ensuring cost effective and profitable delivery
  To be responsible for all external communications to customers and other stakeholders
  Development of an annual marketing plan which supports attainment of company sales goals and profitability targets and consumer attitude and awareness key indicators.
  Develop & support offline programs for International E-commerce businesses.
  Creating and delivering international marketing strategies, developing relationships and working closely with international customers
  Training international customers sales and marketing teams to assist with maximizing sales volume
  Development and launch of new brands/products and management of product life cycles
  Research new markets/new potential products for recommendation to the Operational Board
  Identification of best and worst performance products and recommendations to maximize profitability of the Company supporting and working with the SKU reduction group as well as managing range as an ongoing process
  Identify KPIs for all marketing activities with incisive business analyses and recommendations for action
  To manage, support, motivate and develop the in-house marketing staff
  To support the web manager and develop strategies for continual growth and maximized performance of the e business
  Manage the UK show and breeder club to develop sales and provide effective marketing communications to the informed dog owners
  Provide timely feedback to the board regarding performance including a monthly marketing activity report
  Contribute to the development and implementation of training and education programs for use by the direct sales team, customer service team and customers
