Marketing & Customer Acquisition Manager - maternity cover
This leading and rapidly growing and successful online and catalogue retailer is seeking a Customer Acquisition Manager to join their team, based from their offices in Herefordshire.
With responsibility for implementing the customer acquistion plan, both online and offline, and recommending, testing and implementing new forms of customer acquistion, key duties will include:
PPC planning and activity.
Development of SEO strategy to maxmise listings and rankings and to reduce any spend where feasible.
Affiliates liaison and monitoring.
Comparison engines strategy and implementation.
Recommend and friend strategy and implementation with relevant promotional offers as required.
Plan and implement online partnerships that deliver new customers to the brand.
Plan, deliver and track online advertising activity includuing briefing & execution.
Managing any above the line activity undertaken by the brand.
Managing offline communications and catalogue request activity, ensuring consistency and maximisation of opportunity.
Planning, recommending and implementing customer acquisition plans for all new business development.
Monitoring competitor activity.
Ensure that the company remains as the leader in their field.
The ideal candidate will already have gained significant experience in a online marketing role with considerable experience in customer acquisition strategies both online and offline. Having worked within an online retail or distribution environment, ideally, but not essentially, with experience or strong knowledge of the fashion sector, you'll be self driven and results orientated with a positive outlook and a clear focus on quality. Thriving in a constantly changing environment, you'll possess strong commercial acumen, attention to detail and the ability to manage operationally and plan well. You'll also have experience of managing direct reports.
This position is offered on a contract basis to cover a period of maternity leave and is expected to last between 6-9 months.
