International Marketing Manager
Our client, a long established & successful international software house is seeking a Marketing Manager, based from their Birmingham City Centre office, to support their international growth strategy.
This is a new role, reporting to the Marketing Director, and is key to driving successful Marketing initiatives spanning events, campaigns & content development to meet & exceed International goals & objectives for awareness, growth customer engagement.
Specific duties will include:
Event Marketing - manage international events (industry events, trade shows and company-hosted events) from selection, to planning to logistics, execution, metrics and reporting.
Lead Generation & Campaigns - collaborate closely with International Sales team to support pipeline growth objectives; support and/or execute international lead generation campaigns to generate high quality target leads & support pipeline growth
Content Marketing & Brand Awareness - research & identify country-specific content topics, coordinate and create content that resonates with local customer pain points and challenges; support international social media by creating social content in support of overall social strategy; identify key branding opportunities to support growth objectives; participate in industry activities and award opportunities to build the companys brand.
Content localization - work with preferred vendors to translate existing content library into different languages to support sales efforts in new markets
Partner Channel Marketing - collaborate closely with Director, Product Marketing and Channels, provide support to optimize Channel Marketing and achieve revenue & engagement objectives; support co-marketing activities with channel partners for International markets. Includes events, content creation, campaigns & communications.
Support Corporate Marketing Objectives - work collaboratively with the Corporate Marketing team to generate leads, create awareness, engage customers, etc.
The candidate:

Of graduate calibre with a proven track-record of successful B2B event marketing, lead generation and marketing best practices.
Experience marketing SaaS solutions would be ideal although not essential.
Proficiency in MS Office (required), Adobe Creative Suite (nice to have).
Experience with Salesforce and Pardot (or other similar CRM tool)
Multiple languages would be perfect (English, French, German, Spanish)
A self-starter who can execute projects independently
Strong communication skills
International travel required
Salary is negotiable, subject to experience, but will be very competitive.
