Marketing Executive - Professional Services - London c33,000
My client is seeking a highly motivated individual with an ability to work within a team and on their own initiative. The successful candidate is likely to have good experience working in a marketing role covering all aspects of the marketing mix. They will need to be able to effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders internally and across the business at all levels. They will have a strong track record in delivering activity with measureable and demonstrable results and outcomes.
The candidate will work directly with the campaign manager. The role will also cover support for activity across London Mid-Market clients, reporting to the marketing manager, and executing activity in the Private Equity sector, which will involve liaison with Global marketing.
Qualifications, knowledge and skills required:
  Marketing/business studies graduate or professional with business experience and be CIM qualified (or equivalent)
  Issue based marketing experience
  Good project planning capabilities
  Excellent project management and logistics skills
  Good writing and editing skills
  Networking and influencing capability
  Commercial acumen
  Some analytical skills
  Excellent measurement capture and reporting skills
The role:
This role is focussed on developing and delivering two to three core marketing campaigns a year across the company sectors and for their London Mid-Market clients. It also covers the Private Equity sector, where there is an opportunity to fully own the deployment of global activity in the UK.
Key responsibilities include:
  Implementation of the marketing plans for the sector
  Production and distribution of issue based thought leadership campaigns
  Management of sponsorships for conferences and events
  Management of third party relationships with industry bodies
  Budget control, including measurement and return on investment
  Event development and execution
  Online campaigns, web site, use of digital/social media
  Liaison with global marketing teams
Primary reports:
The role will report into the campaign marketing manager. There will also be direct reporting to key stakeholders within the business.
General elements to the role:
  Ensure that the brand is correctly represented both internally and externally
  Ensure consistency of message into the market
  Ensure compliance with the firms policies and procedures
  Keep informed of competitor marketing activity
  Work with the business to devise new programmes to meet market needs
  Work with the business to support business plan objectives
