Marketing Co-ordinator
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
Plans:
Create and manage marketing plan with manager
Assist in marketing intelligence and idea generating Plan marketing activity with manager Manage OEM marketing budget, taking ownership for decisions based on spending against plan
Execution:
Execute against marketing plan, which consists of:
Advertising plan - Plan, book and monitor advertising for the OEM press in line with the OEM marketing plan PR - liaise with the press agency to grow brand coverage in OEM market o Literature - brief in design idea and provide copy for all supporting literature for OEM products or initiatives to include brochures, flyers, sales information etc. Could be internal stakeholders or external agencies Exhibitions - Coordinate the exhibition process from concept to delivery for OEM tradeshows and the major annual FIT show (with manager support). Closely liaising with external agency and internal stakeholders to project manage Product launches - work with product management to deliver launch packs, e.g. Flyers, web banners, adverts etc. Customer communications - design and copy write specific newsletter for the OEM and aluminium customer base Sales Support:
Product Imagery - liaise with photographer (in house or external) to have the required images for all new products and any missing images from the range
Sales - support sales with answering queries, sending information, sending literature, producing lists from Insight etc
Digital - brief designer to create banners (web and email) content for use on digital platforms
Visit Customers - where appropriate to discuss marketing requirements or support sales on request
Customer Support:
Total Security Guarantee - manage the scheme - all registrations (homeowner, installer, fabricator) any claims and all support materials. Utilise product range and bundling to increase the use of the scheme
Customer support - support OEM customers with bespoke literature, requests for imagery, presentation items e.g. product cases, product boards, presentation panels
Act as Brand Guardian - for OEM customers, ensuring brand is correctly represented in customer websites or materials
Key Requirements/Skills Must be:
  Experienced in adapting to changing priorities and multi-tasking
  Able to work flexibly and cross functionally as part of the supporting team: (marketing, product, technical, warehouse, quality)
  Able to build relationships; at ease and adaptable with different personalities
Essential:
  Strong written communication skills
  Must have 3-4 years + marketing communication experience
  Good organisational and executing skills
  Can work fast paced and under pressure
  Have good copy writing skills and experience
  Experience in the use of social media platforms and conversing with strangers
Desirable, but not essential:
  A-Level / HND / BTEC qualifications
  Event / Exhibition coordinating experience
  Design skills on Photoshop or Illustrator
  Social media experience
  Willingness and ability to travel UK
