Our client, the UK subsidiary of one of the world's leading manufacturers of products for the construction sector, is seeking a Marketing Assistant for an initial (minimum) 8 month temporary contract, based at their office near Halesowen.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager the successful candidate will be responsible for providing assistance to the marketing department including all aspects of product marketing, proof reading, copywriting, briefing graphic designers, database management,exhibitions/events, literature co-ordination and samples management.
To apply for this role you should have a minimum of 12 months marketing experience coupled with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office. If you have a Marketing qualification then all the better but of far greater importance are such attributes as: excellent organisational skills, high degree of self motivation and excellent attention to detail.
Working hours are 08:30-17:00, Monday to Friday.
This is an immediate requirement paying a salary of c17,000 per annum.
